Finished reading Sir Salman Rushdie's latest work...'Shalimar,the Clown'... wanted to read a Rushdie novel for a long time and chose this book over his 'Booker of Bookers' award winning 'Midnite's Children'.
The book is engaging and fast-paced and not a drag as i thought it would be...Its an immensely moving and astonishing story about love gone bad, betrayal, revenge and the lost ruined paradise of Kashmir...
